3" flanges from the turbo to open up to the 3" (from 2.5" on the turbo) and the 1" divorced comes off separately. I guess you could say it is sort of a 4" with a spacer in the middle. Tight fit, but awesome design to make it happen. The turbos do make a lot of back pressure, driven by their RPM and the design of the DP, right? I would agree that your torque is high b/c of what you said. I see you are planning on getting PE1820 turbos, and you were on stock turbos when you pushed so much torque! That's awesome. Your car has more mods than mine, and has more power and torque also, but I ran 13.05@113mph on street tires and street gas, 15.5psi. Hoping for high 12's with race gas and suspension tweak. Maybe it's that extra inch of downpiping... lol ;) Have you noted what RPM you are at at full boost in 3rd, 4th, 5th gear? Do a 2500RPM roll-on and watch your gauges. I'd be curious to hear how your 3" DP/MP compares to mine. Thanks for your posts... your car rocks!
